ma.cjp.orgSophie Krentzman is the Director, Arts and Culture at Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP). She previously served as Senior Development Officer, Major Gifts at CJP. Sophie has also worked at Hillel International and Sitar Arts Center. Sophie is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Sophie is the first person to hold the title of Director, Arts and Culture at CJP. Her work involves continuing to build out this strategic focus area for CJP by strengthening partners in the Greater Boston Jewish arts and culture sector, building relationships with individual artists and supporters, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure that greater Boston has a vibrant and engaging Jewish life. Sophie and her family live in Natick, MA.
Carissa Woolf-Makover is the Project Coordinator, Arts and Culture and Ruderman Synagogue Inclusion Project at Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP). She previously served as the Associate, Partnership Networks and Ruderman Synagogue Inclusion Project at CJP. Carissa is a graduate of Lasell College in Auburndale and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management at the University of Connecticut. Carissa’s work involves supporting both the Arts and Culture and RSIP agendas at CJP, with a focus on project/program creation and management, and managing the Arts and Culture grantee experience. Carissa and her family live in Brighton, MA.
